These SMS Terms cover text messages from Bridge Investments Group. They work together with our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Program description

The program sends recurring automated informational and marketing text messages about a cash offer on a house, scheduling, and follow-up on a request you submitted on this website. Messages are about that homeowner request. They are not investment offers, loan offers, or messages for other companies.

Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase and is not required to receive an offer. Call or email us if you want to ask about a sale without texts.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You might receive a confirmation and later messages while we review the house, discuss next steps, or schedule a conversation. There is no fixed monthly count.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s plan controls any charges.

STOP

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You should receive one confirmation that texting has stopped. We will not text that number again unless you opt in again on this website. You can also email arinrealfliphq@gmail.com or call (815) 714-3499 and ask to be removed.
