What this site is, and what it is not
The site explains how a homeowner can ask us to consider buying a house in Gilbert, Arizona or the Phoenix metro, and it provides a form for that request. General information on the site is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
We buy houses for our own account. This site is not a solicitation to invest, not an offer of securities, not a request for investor funds, and not an offer to make a loan. Nothing here is a promise of profit or a return.
Cash offers are not guaranteed
Sending the form, talking with us, or receiving a follow-up does not guarantee a cash offer, a price, or a closing. We do not state prices on this website. Any offer is subject to our review and to a written purchase agreement signed by Bridge Investments Group LLC (or a buyer it designates in that agreement) and the seller. We may decline any property. You do not have to sell.
Area
Requests are for houses in Gilbert, Arizona and the Phoenix metro area. A submission about a property outside that area may be declined.
No brokerage relationship from browsing
Using the site does not make us your real-estate broker, fiduciary, or attorney. We are a buyer unless a separate written agreement says something else.
Your submissions
You agree that what you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to ask about the property. Do not misuse the site, try to disrupt it, or send unlawful content.

Venue for disputes about the site or these Terms is the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, except that we may seek injunctive relief in another court of competent jurisdiction.
